After having an awful experience at the Travelodge, we checked into Premier Inn, and the difference was incredible. Sarah was absolutely amazing, very friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service from the moment we arrived. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a comfortable stay. Thanks to her exceptional service, we would definitely stay here again. Service: 5

Stayed here on Saturday for one night with my child. I found this site and room clean and front staff member on arrival was very polite and helpful (sorry forgotten her name). Even the other staff working ie maids/house keeper were polite. Sarah was also very polite and helpful, they worked hard and from their warm and great customer service, definitely recommend and happy to go back there to stay. Thanks again for hospitality. Lovely front bar/dining area. Breakfast was plentiful and standard. There is a Asda supermarket less than 5 mins walk. The only reason I gave it 4 stars (would give it 4.5) the room was noisy due to air vent so wasn’t best night sleep for me but otherwise rooms spacious for us and clean. Thanks again Service: 5
