Stayed here from Friday till Sunday. The lovely lady at check in made us feel very welcome. The room was really clean and everything was as expected for a premier inn. There was air conditioning in our room which made it very pleasant and easy to sleep in the heat. The only problem I had was the tv max volume was set way too low, so low that it was hard to hear at times. No way to change that, I tried. Service: 5

Our stay at Hatfield premier inn Teresa- Outstanding fun very helpful like basil from faulty towers she was all over she went above and beyond in every thing she did for us and our friends Michelle and Lauren lovely ladies immediately cleaned and prepared our rooms they were great 2 more assets Hannah ,non welcoming, moody ,lazy ,arguing with the chef shaking her tissues over customers food the certainly was an unwillingness to work from her as she stood around watching the run ragged Connor - chef/ cook No juice on the breakfast bar he was the only one around at that time to ask about it he handed me a carton from the fridge and watched me fill the large jug up for him his heart not in his work Overall lovely place to stay but I feel you need to do some retraining with Hannah and Connor Service: 4
