Had a fabulous stay at Roby as always, the housekeepers are always so friendly especially Anna, Laura and Jade have been fantastic over the past couple of days of being there. The rooms are spotless every single time. You can tell they take extra care and attention when cleaning them. Ollie the young manager who has been on reception taking care of us has been fantastic! I could not fault this place, clean, friendly staff and a beautifully cooked breakfast. Looking forward to coming back in a few weeks! Service: 5

Although the rooms were a bit tired and need a more thorough hoovering, I've given it five stars rating because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The checking process was handled efficiently in a welcoming manner. The bar staff were personable with that unique Liverpool sense of humour. The breakfast service hostess was extremely welcoming, efficient and had our party laughing as we ordered breakfast. The breakfast food was hot, well cooked and promptly delivered. It was also delicious, well done The hotel location is great, just off the M62, there is a large car park and a good sized outside eating area. It was a stay made more enjoyable by the interactions with the staff there Service: 5

Check in was great, I arrived at 12pm, way before check in time. I had an early start at work and Ollie on reception was very helpful, he got me into a room early and was only £15 extra. Room was just as you would expect for Premier Inn, clean and spacious, nice shower etc. Great stay. Service: 5
