It was fine, what you would expect from a Premier Inn but it's in quite a strange location - not really near anything and on a busy road. I suppose it's mostly for people working in Reading so the location isn't that important really but there's nowhere to go for a walk, for example, if you want to . We booked a room for three adults and there were only 2 cups, 1 chair and 2 bedside lamps, with a double bed and a single bed. We made it work but it wasn't ideal. It would have been very easy to have another bedside table and light for example. The staff were perfectly polite; we didn't stay for breakfast Service: 4

I’ve stayed at this Premier Inn several times and have always had a great experience here. Ive stayed in a few in the area and this is my favourite by far. Ricky the manager always does his utmost to make sure you have a fantastic stay. Nothing is too much trouble. He’s polite, professional and will always have a chat with you. I hope the senior management team know how lucky they are to have him: Never take great staff for granted! The rooms and public areas are very clean and tidy and the beds are very comfortable: might even get one from the website! It’s a great location as well and the pub does really good food too. Will stay here again for sure. Service: 5
