Tamworth was really quiet and charming, the staff at the hotel were really warm and welcoming, the rooms were lovely and beds so comfy! We paid for the dinner and 'all you can eat breakfast' unfortunately the food, specifically the breakfast wasnt great, and certainly not all you can eat, we did get there at 10am but we had booked it the day before for that time, breakfast quality wasnt great, the dinner menu was also really restricted on options, in hindsight i wouldnt have paid for the food included upon booking, it did turn out their renovating and thats why options were limited and breakfast wasnt unlimited but as paying customers it was abit of a sting that wasnt made known

Had a very enjoyable two nights here. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The jewel in the crown have been the staff. Everyone is working so hard to make things easier and nicer for all of us guests. Especially Lisa on the front desk. Made us feel welcome and has been amazing with our kids always happy to smile and share a laugh with us while working incredibly hard. Is it glamorous around the hotel ? If you like a buisness estate then you are in luck lol but joking aside its a great launching point to Drayton Manor and Tamworth Castle is just down the road. Food is your standard Premier Inn menu. It was lovely and hit the spot. We would definitely stay again. Service: 5

The premier inn Tamworth South Hotel was lovely. The only down side was no wi fi connection on my tablet. The breakfast was 5 star, as was our waitress a girl with long red hair. She was a delight. Great service under awful times
