I ate here with 2 friends on the 18th April for dinner, it was very busy but the service remained quite quick! We all enjoyed our food very much! We were served by Kaja who was lovely and attentive. I had ordered a cider but was brought appletiser instead, this was not an issue at all but i was very generously offered a free dessert due to the mix up which was unexpected but a very nice gesture! We visited Prezzo recently to celebrate my birthday with a group of five. As a regular at the Promenade and Brewery branch Cheltenham , I have high expectations, and while the atmosphere and staff were wonderful, the food had a rocky start. We all ordered the Chicken Milanese, but unfortunately, the initial dishes were quite tasteless. We raised this with the staff, and I was so impressed by how quickly they rectified the situation. They prepared a new sauce for us immediately, which was absolutely delicious and completely transformed the meal. To top it off, they brought out a lovely birthday cake that tasted amazing. Despite the early hiccup, the excellent service and quick recovery made my birthday celebration very special. We will definitely be back!
