Really nice family meal (2 adults, 2 under 10). Service was great, Maria is a real credit and friendly member of the team. Food was excellent quality. Very disappointing experience at Prezzo this evening. We had a table booked for 8 people at 7pm following my daughter’s theatre performance. The booking had been made well in advance and family had travelled from different parts of the UK for the occasion. We chose Prezzo because we regularly visit the Crawley branch and have always had good experiences there. Unfortunately, on arrival we were left waiting for around 30 minutes without any acknowledgement from staff. The only reason we received any information was because we approached a manager ourselves. Rather than apologising, he simply told us we would need to wait, despite us already having been waiting. Communication throughout was poor. We were told someone ‘higher’ would speak to us, but nobody ever did. We even asked for water while waiting and never received it. The most frustrating part was not the delay itself, but the complete lack of customer service, communication and basic courtesy. What should have been a special family meal after my daughter’s show turned into a very disappointing experience. Sadly, this branch did not reflect the standards we have come to expect from Prezzo

A big thank you to Prezzo Italian Restaurant Leatherhead. My son visited with his school group and accidentally left his wallet behind. The staff were very kind and helpful and the manager Mr Carlos Morend found it and contacted us the same day. They even arranged to send it back by Royal Mail. The school group really enjoyed their meal and the food quality was very good. Excellent service honest and kind staff highly appreciated...
