We dined at the Upminister branch for our Son's bday, where Andrea and Anna served us a wonderful meal. They also gave a complimentary cake and ice-cream to celebrate our son's bday which made it even more special. Recommend this place it's kids friendly and serves the most delicious pasta and pizzas. Went this Sunday evening as wanted a proper fired pizza. Booked a table online no issues. Turned up to a near empty restaurant. Was told to sit anywhere so sat near the front. Drinks orders taken and arrived quickly. Food order taken and pizzas came when ready, sides took a little longer unfortunately. My pizza was lovely as was my wife's. The sides of fries and mini salad also hit the mark. After we had eaten out plates got cleared and desserts or coffee offered. Both full we declined and just finished the drinks we bad. After that we sat and waited while the staff messed around. We waited a good 15mins before my wife asked for the bill. It wasn't very busy and very quiet, I don't even think music was playing. Overall it was a nice meal but let down a little by the ambience and lack of staff attentiveness at the end. Ordered takeaway. Absolutely appealing, probably the worst cooked food I've ever seen. Not to mention on top of the liquid it was swimming in the was cold.... Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
