Lady over the phone is the most disgusting, rudest and cockiest person. She blamed me for her incompetence and lack of listening, and she told me I was in the wrong when she placed my order wrong. I repeated my order multiple times and yet she still chose not to listen and lie saying I was in the wrong. Terrible experience, would give 0 if I could. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently ordered from Prime Pizza Rotherham and honestly I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff were completely kind and polite both over the phone and when I went into the shop – they made me feel really welcome and took their time to make sure everything was right with my order. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The food was just as amazing as the service – fresh, hot, and full of flavour, with generous toppings and perfectly cooked pizza. Everything tasted spot on and was great value for money. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again and would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting quality food and friendly service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
