I'm sad to have to give a one star review, but unfortunately due to their unprofessionalism I have no other avenue. I performed here last October and the venue has yet to pay my invoice. It has been over seven months since my invoice was sent. After the initial invoice went overdue they then requested a new invoice with particular wording, which was sent months ago. The venue is now ignoring my emails, calls, Whatsapp messages, and instagram messages. I really hoped to perform here again next time I come to Germany, so I'm really disappointed by this outcome. I would recommend performers be cautious about performing here, and that patrons be aware that at least one entertainer has gone unpaid.

Paid 15€ for a cabaret show which turned out to be 1 song and lasted less than 5 minutes. It felt like a scam. Drinks were just ok and overpriced. The staff were very nice and friendly though and the performer was great, I just expected an actual show, not 1 song. Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that there were two performances scheduled that evening. After the first show, you chose to leave the venue, even though we informed you that a second show would follow shortly afterward. Unfortunately, this means that you did not experience the full program that was included in the ticket price. We are nevertheless pleased to hear that you enjoyed our staff and the performer. We would be delighted to welcome you back in the future and give you the opportunity to experience the complete show program.

Prinzipal Kreuzberg is such fun and a beautiful. Burlesque bar. I had my 40th there with a group and it was the best entertainment and service, delicious drinks and I thought good value. The decor and atmosphere is super and Tiger and the team were excellent. The complementary currywust at the end of the evening was also a lovely touch. It was the best experience! Thank you!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
