Had a great experience at Project Chai! I tried the Lacha Paratha with Paneer Bhurji combo along with their Kadak Chai, and everything was delicious. The paratha was perfectly flaky, the paneer bhurji was flavorful and well-seasoned, and the kadak chai was the perfect way to finish the meal. The food tasted fresh, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was friendly. If you’re looking for authentic Indian comfort food and a great cup of chai, I definitely recommend checking out Project Chai!
