Staff are rude and wont say hello even, they wont give you the seats when ordering take out. They should hire people with better manners. Order type: Takeaway

Pronto used to be one of my favorite restaurants in the city I was a university student for many years and it was such a great quick place to eat the food was affordable and the portions were good. In recent years there's been a big decline in quality of the food, freshness of the food, and the portions. I'm very disappointed because it used to be such a great place to eat but I recently got a doordash order two rolls for almost $8 each the rolls were tiny they were put together messily with no care. Additionally I got a roll with cream cheese salmon and avocado with barely any avocado tiny bits of cream cheese and mushy warm unfresh tasting fish. I really hope the restaurant can turn things around and go back to more affordable prices with better portions and focus on fresh ingredients not cheap ingredients. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Unpleasant atmosphere! They have 3 menus for the whole place so you have to stand and wait until the other people are finished. Tried looking at the online menu instead but they have no descriptions. The person at the til, who I assume to be the owner, is very rude! The costumers who are eating in are still served in take out containers (just not the same and seems like smaller portions). The food is good but hard to enjoy with poor costumer service
