My recent brunch at Pur & Simple was incredible! Our server Kat provided warm, attentive service that made our visit feel truly welcoming. My friend and I were seated in a comfortable area where my friend I could catch up and enjoy our conversation without feeling rushed. Kat’s recommendations for both drinks and brunch selections were excellent, and she was engaging while helping us. The service was prompt, the food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere offered an elevated, luxurious dining experience. Every detail contributed to a memorable morning, and I left already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you, Kat, and the Pur & Simple team, for such a wonderful brunch experience! I’ve been to Pure and Simple quite a few times now and somehow kept forgetting to leave a review — which honestly doesn’t do justice to how much I enjoy this place It has easily become one of my favorite brunch spots in Brantford. There are so many little things they consistently get right. The ingredients always taste fresh, the food comes out warm and well-prepared, and everything I’ve tried so far from the menu has been genuinely delicious. But it’s not just the taste that stands out — the presentation is always beautiful too, making the whole brunch experience feel a little more special. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the ambience is bright, and relaxing. It’s the kind of place you can happily sit and enjoy a slow breakfast or brunch with good company Definitely a solid five-star spot for brunch and breakfast. My friend and I had a wonderful breakfast experience thanks to our server Kat! I ordered the French toast with fruit and a smoothie, and as a very picky pregnant guest, I had quite a few special requests. Kat was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. My friend ordered the breakfast poutine, and Kat happily adjusted it to suit her likes and dislikes as well. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and exactly what we were hoping for. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our meal. We loved her positive vibe and enjoyed the great conversations we had with her. It’s not often you come across service that feels so personal and caring. Thank you, Kat, for making our breakfast such an enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back! One last thing I wanted to mention. Kat is a true asset to your team. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and dedication to ensuring her guests have a great experience did not go unnoticed. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of, and she is exactly the kind of server that keeps customers coming back. Thank you for having a phenomenal Team!
