I had a Felafel wrap and an iced Latte. Both very good. The seating area is spacious and clean with power points that work (unlike downstairs!) You can fill your water bottle with filtered iced water too. Pass by all the others and go to Pure! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I just wanted to do a review I dont do many but feel had to as credit where credit due. I ordered a oat latte and was served by a young lady called Zara. Zara was really really helpfull - I explained that I wanted a warm coffee not a hot one and she made it perfectly unlike in other coffee chains sometimes what you ask for gets overlooked but not this time in Pure. Zara double checked if my coffee was what I requested and not hot :-) I would recomend Pure as it was really refreshing to have a really nice coffee and time was taken to make it not like other coffee chain shops. In addition not having to pay extra for non cows milk which was great. The choice of food for me was good as well I am vegan although I didnt purchase food on this occasion it was good to see good vegan options rather than standard vegan options , everything looked fresh and good to eat. So definitely head to Pure if you fancy a good coffee at Gatwick North and thanks to Zara - you were great - thankyou x Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food I ordered today had clearly been left out far too long. I’m generally too polite to complain in person, and I was rushing to catch an international flight, so I didn’t have time to go back to the counter or take photographs. However, the quality of the food was so poor that I feel I need to contact you. The salad in the wrap was brown and clearly no longer fresh. The cookie was completely stale. I was so hungry that I ate part of the wrap and the cookie anyway, but afterwards I felt slightly sick. I didn’t even attempt the overnight oats or the drink because by that point I no longer trusted the quality of what I had been served. For the prices you charge and the number of staff you have on site, this simply should not happen. It shows a serious lack of care for your customers and raises concerns about your food standards. I’ve visited before and genuinely enjoyed the place, which makes today’s experience even more disappointing. What I was served today was not simply poor quality. It appeared to be food that should never have been put on sale in the first place. The fact that I am now about to board a long flight while worrying whether food I purchased from your business is going to make me ill is unacceptable. I hope this is taken seriously because nobody should be paying premium prices and being served food in this condition. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1
