Pure incompetence! About 75% of the time we order from here, they forget something... even though I always write a note asking to remember certain condiments. Missing part of a meal ruins the experience, and it's never complicated things (i.e. ranch we pay for, or don't put a certain item in the dish). Is there no quality control?! Read the order request, it's not that hard. There's so few vegan restaurants in Ottawa, and Pure Kitchen Kanata (and when Preston was around) are two of the worst! I hate leaving poor reviews, but we used to order Pure Kitchen every Friday. We stopped ordering from Pure Kitchen for the last 3 months because of how inconsistent it is. We thought, we'd try it again, and of course, they messed it up. Astoria Bistro in Hull puts Pure Kitchen to shame! I wish we had better vegan options like Toronto does (i.e. Planta, Fresh).
