People that work in your club black audi tt tonight is blocking the lowered curb and we couldt get a family up the curb due to this and had to cross the road, we live near this venue and the smashed bottles smell of urine and drug items the day after use hold an event needs to be addressed my dog and young daughter have suffered injurys from broken glass smashed used should clean up after yourself outside your venue Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi, the black Audi tt is not a member of our staff. It belongs to a member of Arcadia staff. I’m sure if you asked any of our helpful members of staff they would have told you this. And also would have made sure the member of staff from Arcadia moved it for you. We do not use any class in the club so this cannot be from our venue. I really wish you connected with us first via email rather than publicly writing a review without knowing the facts. These reviews damage our business and reputation in the local area. Which could ultimately cost young people jobs and livelihoods. I respectfully ask that you delete this review.

So I am writing about the Friday-Saturday night's that they do, not any daytime branches or anything like that. I am also writing about the new home and basement nightlife club they do as I used to be a regular at Pure and came to check out the newly refurbished Club. The club is generally pretty much the same so still fairly enjoyable just a different look with the upstairs senior section a lot more chill that is the loft. The only problem with the main section that is the basement is they decide to only open it up fully after 11:30 so they keep everyone crammed by the bar. It isn't the Bouncers fault but just having everyone crammed by the bar with the main area curtained off while they gatekeep was incredibly annoying maybe if They would let everyone in at 10:30 or actually notice when it's getting crowded it wouldn't be so hot in there. Price per person: £1–10 Atmosphere: 5
