Idiots like you should not be able to give reviews. Before you make a booking you should check that the accommodation meets your requirements. Our latest check-in time of 21:00 is clearly stated in our terms and conditions. We do not have a 24 hour check in. You booked a non refundable rate (cheaper) and asked to check in between 20:00 and 21:00. (The site does not allow you to put a later check in time) You put in a special request to check in after 21:00. This request was declined. You were sent numerous messages asking you to honour your check in time of 20:00 - 21:00. You ignored all these messages. You then contacted the pub at 20:30 on the night of your stay saying you would be arriving after 23:00 (The staff have nothing to do with the rooms) You were very rude to the bar person. You were contacted again by the lettings manager (who finishes ar 21:00) stating that it was not possible to check in so late but informed you of the closest accommodation that had availability and a 24 hour check in. Maybe next time you will check that the accommodation meets your requirements before you book it. We will be passing your ridiculous accusations to Booking.com who will usually block you from using their site.
