Thank you to the staff open right at the end of the night Saturday July 11 who made me an amazing sandwich after a very hard 3 - 13 hour shifts in a row. Nothing hits the stomach better than a well made sandwich with great customer service close to 10pm at night. We will be coming back more often Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I haven't had a Quiznos sub in 10 years. My kids have never had one, and thought I would get us one. I went to the Upper James location in Hamilton. I remember them having the best sub I ever had. The Chicken Carbonara was my favorite. It was stuffed with ingredients, and lots of cheese on top, on both sides, and it would go through the oven right in front of you toasting it perfectly. The subs I got today are garbage. Barely any meat or anything, the texture of the chicken was rubbery, the lettuce was old and wilted, and it wasn't even toasted very well, and not to mention no cheese. If there was cheese, I couldn't see it or taste it. The overall taste of what used to be the most delicious sub I ever tasted, is now so gross and bland. They definitely don't look like the picture they are falsely advertising their subs to be. They used to look like the picture. Actually, better in person. My kids didn't like the sub, and this was their first time having it. I hyped it up so much, my kids won't ever trust my word again. The service was horrible. The woman working did not seem very friendly or happy. I could barely hear or understand what she was saying. When I told her what bun I wanted, she never looked at me or acknowledged she heard me, and when I asked her if she heard me, she said she did. Then why not acknowledge you heard me? I am so disappointed. Quiznos has definitely changed, and for the worse. I will never buy Quiznos again. I will try Firehouse Subs next.
