Very disappointing and misleading experience. I ordered the chana bhature specifically based on the picture shown with the dish, which clearly includes both salad and yogurt. When my order arrived, there was no yogurt included. When I asked about it, the staff member simply told me that yogurt is not included with the dish. If yogurt is not included, then why is it clearly shown in the advertised picture? That is extremely misleading to customers. You cannot advertise a dish with certain items prominently displayed and then conveniently claim those items aren’t included after the customer has paid. This feels like false advertising and a dishonest way of representing what customers are actually purchasing. At the very least, the restaurant should display an accurate picture and clearly state what is and isn’t included. Customers should not have to argue with staff over something that should have been made clear from the beginning. I would strongly recommend that the restaurant stop misleading customers with inaccurate pictures and be transparent about what comes with each dish. Very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and made us feel like our concerns didn’t matter. Good food cannot make up for such bad service. I expected much better, but unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. Management seriously needs to improve the way customers are treated. Service: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

The service was very disappointing. The girl serving us seemed to have no sense of how to serve food properly or how to speak to customers. She also did not know how to take our order properly. Overall, the service was very poor and unprofessional. The experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this place based on the service.
