Terrible Experience – Felt Completely Unwelcomed Visited Namaste India in Upper Newtownards Rd, Belfast BT4 3JD; yesterday (14th June, 2025) and had one of the worst dining experiences ever. From the moment we walked in, we were met with cold, unfriendly service. Not a single smile from the staff, and we didn’t feel welcomed at all. When we decided to start with a small order, the waitress rudely responded with, “What?! That’s it?” – completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Things only got worse from there. When our food finally arrived, it wasn’t even served to us properly – the waitress just left it on an empty table next to us without a word. Even the drinks were placed carelessly. To top it off, we couldn’t help but notice the staff treating other customers around us with far more warmth and respect. We genuinely don’t understand why we were treated so poorly in comparison. We were so disappointed that we didn’t even eat the food. Yet, we paid the full bill and left without touching a thing – that’s how uncomfortable the experience was. Would definitely not recommend this place. There are far better Indian restaurants in Belfast that actually know how to treat their guests with basic courtesy and respect. Best food i have taste !! Used to go different restaurant but tried this first time and the food was out of the world ! You can taste the freshness in the food and service was excellent !! Best Indian restaurant in Belfast
