Very pleasant dinner. Great service and the food was delicious. I’d definitely recommend it. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really poor experience and customer service. Booked a table for a large party online in advance and specifically requested a high chair for a baby. When we arrived we were told there was only one high chair in the entire restaurant and this was already being used by another family! Fair enough if this is the case but then why weren’t we told in advance / had the booking cancelled? Also what kind of restaurant only has one highchair?! The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, making out it was somehow our fault and they said the online booking system doesn’t link up to them (so in essence is completely pointless). They even told us to go home and bring in our own high chair! Sadly would not recommend, which is a shame as always enjoyed our food from there in the past. If only staff had been polite and apologised for the mistake, we could’ve overlooked the booking issue but by doubling down and being rude this ruined the evening for us and we ended up leaving. Well what can I say After reading the reviews we still went ahead and booked this establishment for a family of 38 people I must say you definitely can’t go by them you have to experience it yourself the staff were friendly and welcoming the food was great they looked after the family well so give this place a go thank you for looking after us will definitely be back soon. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
