If you’re looking for a place with a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, R&G Taphouse in Congleton is hard to beat. The team here are fantastic – Louis and Dan always make everyone feel at home, and the very beautiful Katelyn brings a warm, friendly energy that really adds to the charm of the place. The atmosphere is relaxed and upbeat, exactly what you want from a great local spot. There’s always great music playing, the vibe is lively without being overwhelming, and it’s somewhere you can properly unwind. They’ve also got an excellent selection of beers and spirits, so there’s always something new to try. Whether you’re popping in for a quick drink or staying for the evening, it’s always a great place to be. It’s become my go-to place to spend time with my dad and my brother, which says everything really. A brilliant venue with a great team behind it – highly recommended!
