Hip diner, serving breakfast staples in a cozy environment. The wait staff are friendly. The coffee is bottomless. I've been there twice and enjoyed my omelette both times. The reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 on food is because it seems like the side tots are just from frozen. I would love a freshly-cooked breakfast potato side. What a gem of a place for breakfast in Hamilton near the highway. The environment was just very inviting, the service was great and the food was delicious. It was several dollars more per person than most breakfast places but with homemade breads, euro sausage for an option, Russian slaw, gigante beans and in house made raspberry jam...they know how to justify that. Will definitely be back when we are in the area again. You will not be disappointed. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$20–30

Highly recommend Rosales Diner! If you are looking for a classic, comforting and cozy space, this is it. The menu is delicious from go to breakfast favourites to fun and cheeky features. They also source local ingredients, which is truly appreciated. Staff are amazing and make you feel at home, very attentive. I had the Smoked Salmon Tarine w. Egg and it was divine. Will definitely be back to try the Croque Madame and B.O.B :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
