We understand your disappointment regarding the spice level of the dishes and regret that the service did not leave a better impression. Spice preference can often be quite subjective, and while we did prepare the dishes to what we consider a generally spicy level, we are always happy to make them extra spicy if specifically requested. Regarding the portion size, the order placed was for one starter and one main course to be shared between two guests, which may have contributed to the portions feeling smaller. We also genuinely encourage our guests to raise any concerns with us during their visit, as it gives our team the opportunity to address and resolve issues immediately while you are still at the restaurant. We always try our best to make things right in the moment whenever possible. At the time of payment after finishing the meal we can not do anything and can not take off major part of bill . That said, we do appreciate all feedback, as it helps us improve.
