The best pub ever!! So friendly and welcoming to everyone, local or first visit. None of the “village clique” we have experienced so often at many other pubs. We genuinely couldn’t ask for a better local village pub. Not to mention the most beautiful pub dog Roux Melodie’s a beautiful soul whose roasts are 10/10 and Ian is the friendliest, most kind, landlord you could possibly wish for! We’ve always felt more than welcome and the Red Lion really gives us the village pub feel we we’re needing / wanting Service: 5

I started to think British Pub culture was dying out, but since moving to this village I found it’s very much still alive and kicking. The Landlord and Lady made us feel like regulars from the moment we stepped in. Top Pub, Great Sunday Roasts and an even better Pub Dog! Shoutout to Roux! Service: 5
