Had a big and very tasty roast turkey lunch with 2 friends today. Such lovely people serving and running the pub. Food was piping hot and quickly served. Also had honeycomb cheesecake with ice cream. Loved it! We will definitely return.

Visited yesterday for the first time after following The Red Lion Wombourne on social media, and what a lovely pub it is! The new outdoor area looks amazing already, and I can’t wait to see the finished result the owners have done an unbelievable job. A special mention has to go to the young man behind the bar (I didn’t catch his name, but he had an amazing smile) He is an absolute credit to the pub—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. He even took the time to chat with my wife and me while collecting glasses, making sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our visit. His level of customer service is outstanding, and there are plenty of pubs that could learn from him. We’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to try the food next time, it looked amazing.
