Chloe was so stupidly helpful, the spa was great and she really went above and beyond to help me out. She clearly not only cares about her job but cares about helping people. She's a credit to this place

We stayed at Carden Park Hotel & Spa on 14th July 2026 and had a fantastic experience overall. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the views overlooking the golf course are incredibly relaxing. We were lucky with the weather, so we spent plenty of time sitting outside just taking everything in, which really made the stay. We also made full use of the facilities. My only gripe was that the hotel wanted to charge £5 to hire a dressing gown for use around the spa. For a hotel of this standard, and with our stay costing over £500, I would have expected robes and slippers to be included in every room. It seems like such a small amount of money, but charging extra for something so basic slightly cheapened what was otherwise a luxury experience. We stayed overnight and the breakfast the following morning was superb, with an excellent choice and high-quality food. The highlight of the stay was definitely the spa. We both had treatments, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best spas we’ve ever visited. It’s modern, immaculately clean, not overcrowded, and you can tell that every detail has been carefully thought through. It felt genuinely relaxing from start to finish. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel and spa. The dressing gown charge is the only thing I’d change, but it certainly wouldn’t stop us returning. We’ll 100% be back

Thank you Dan for the wonderful review and kind words for the team and facilities. We’re delighted to hear that you had a fantastic experience overall. It’s wonderful to know that the spa was a highlight for you both, our team will be thrilled to hear your kind words about the treatments and the relaxing atmosphere.Regarding your comment about slippers and a gown, thank you for sharing this with us. We understand that some guests may look forward to having bathrobes available in their room. As part of our commitment to sustainability and reducing unnecessary laundering, we’ve chosen not to include robes in every room. We genuinely appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continuously improve our services and facilities. We’re so pleased the rest of your visit was memorable, and it means a lot that you plan to return. We look forward to welcoming you back to Carden Park again soon.
