An absolutely unforgettable experience. From the inviting Guud Stuub to the showcase of how ingredients are prepared and aged, and finally the chef’s table, every part of the evening felt intentional and thoughtfully designed. Every bite was unique and memorable, and the drink pairings were carefully chosen to complement each course. What really stood out was the team. Everyone worked together seamlessly, yet each person brought their own personality and flair to the experience. It felt incredibly coordinated without ever feeling impersonal. This restaurant is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The service was impeccable, the attention to detail was remarkable, and the creativity and taste of the food were simply extraordinary. It’s no wonder they’ve earned two Michelin stars; they truly excel in every aspect. I highly recommend staying in their rooms; they’re beautifully designed and have a Japanese theme. The breakfast was equally amazing. We will be coming back!
