I was very happy with my stay. Staying in a small hotel is a nice change from the large cookie cutter ones that have no personality or charm. I felt welcomed and valued. Tuncay, at reception, was always smiling and very friendly and helpful. He helped with phone calls and found a very reasonable mini van service to take me to Frankfurt airport. It was an all around 5 star stay for me. Without a car the location might seem a little far from city center but there are excellent bus connections and day pass available. I was happy to walk and explore. I will stay here again. Service: 5

Hotel and personnel were really good, location was at a busy road and dinner was not really good, just average, not spectacular. Breakfast buffet was great Service: 4
