Was greeted by really nice people who sat us down and took our orders. The food was absolutely amazing! We didn't even know this hidden jem was on our doorstep. Service with smiles all round. My husband chose this location for our 2nd wedding anniversary and what a great choice he made. We went home very happy and stuffed! Highly recommend. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a takeaway on Bank Holiday Monday. The positives: lovely delivery person, very friendly and polite. The Crispy shredded chilli beef was lovely, crispy and lots of taste. The Duck & pancakes were very tasty and just the right amount for a 1/4 duck & six pancakes. The negatives: The salt and pepper chips were just like normal chips with a few onions and peppers on, not like the normal chinese/Cantonese ones. The chicken and mushroom was bland, watery and hardly any taste. Even the chicken was bland and tasteless. The egg fried rice was a fine grain rice which had no egg like other chinese/Cantonese egg fried rice which has lumps of fried egg in it. The rice was cold and was like packet rice. Not sure exactly how long this place has been open, but maybe with time, improvement will come. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 3 Service: 5

Lovely restaurant. We booked a table to dine in. Parked behind the building in a dedicated car park for the local venues (the sign still says "450 above", which was the restaurant where ricey restaurant now is). There are stairs up to the restaurant as its on the first floor, i didn't see a lift. Atmosphere was welcoming. Staff were attentive and friendly. Food was quick to arrive and was delicious. There were a few small air conditioning units around the restaurant to ensure the temperature was ok, even in this heat! Pricing was very good, and there was no automatic gratuity added. Really really enjoyed our evening and will definitely return for dining in and take away. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £10–20
