This contradicts your claim that the container was only half full. You did not provide any photo evidence, and the container used is a standard size given to all customers — none of whom raised similar concerns that day.Our staff explained this politely and clearly. However, your behavior during the conversation was disrespectful and at times felt threatening. You identified yourself as a frequent Google reviewer and implied that our response could affect your public review. It appeared that you were seeking some form of benefit from the situation, despite the fact that the meal was already finished and our staff had followed standard procedures.When your demands were not met, your conduct escalated. You began making false claims and used language that was both offensive and racially inappropriate — behavior that we find unacceptable and consider a clear form of bullying.The entire incident was captured on CCTV. A formal police report has been filed and is recorded as a crime, with Ricky’s Kitchen identified as the victim. Your vehicle registration was noted, and you were asked to leave the area. You are not permitted to return to our premises without written permission.Although we have not yet contacted your employer, we are currently preparing a report including CCTV footage and the official police crime record.
