My friend booked an afternoon tea for a bridal celebration, when we got there it seemed to be closed we asked what was going on as we had booked in a month in advance they seemed to know nothing about the booking even though they had taken the money, the manager was incredibly rude, making everyone feel very uncomfortable, talking down to us and acting as though it was an inconvenience to serve us 30 mins after the booking had began, had a bad attitude regarding the number of us (6) and seemed genuinely annoyed to do her job, I never leave reviews but this was beyond the joke. Service: 2

Roby 1844 - This Al Fresco Canalside Terrace Bar & Eatery has the perfect outdoor setting with an instagrammable flower wall and festoon lighting. The terrace is perfect for drinks, good food and catch-ups in the sunshine. They serve mega burgers, fried chicken & wings all day long. @silviaeatsout on IG for the full review.
