Really enjoyed my visit to Roots Café. The tomato, pepper, and lentil soup was delicious and comforting, and the kimchi French toast was packed with flavour. Fantastic vegan & veggie food! Had a lovely breakfast here, the homemade beans were so good! Really lovely ambiance & decor and friendly staff. Nice selection of cakes too! My only regret is that I wasn't staying in Inverness for another night to be able to go back again.
