Rose Cottage is a licensed cafe & bistro located in Castleton in the heart of the Peak District. We serve an array of premium quality barista coffee, teas and homemade cakes. Alongside this we also have an extensive food menu covering breakfast and brunch to seasonal specials and lunch. Inside you will find cosy surroundings to relax and unwind after a day exploring the Peaks, or join us throughout summer and enjoy food and drinks in our suntrap rear garden that boasts idyllic views of Mam Tor and the great ridge.We welcome all to join us, including your four legged friends.

After a walking event in Castleton, we stopped by Rose Cottage Café & Bistro for breakfast the following morning—and it was absolutely spot on. The food was delicious, the service warm and friendly, and the coffee was exceptional—easily a 10/10. Highly recommended if you’re in the area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
