Not the best, sadly. .. I think what really makes a decent fish and chips is the batter.. and I have to say the batter on the fish wasn't very crispy.. it was quite soft... I want the batter on my fried fish to be so crispy that I can snap it in half .. but the fish from this place was a bit soggy. The chips were also quite undercooked.. again , very soft, just like the fish.. and quite bland. They need to be cooked for longer. Overall, I would rate Rose Fish Bar as extremely average... the higher ratings probably come from all the uni students living in the area who have grown accustomed to sub par takeaway food. Very disappointed. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
