The room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. I could tell really easily that someone put a lot of love and skill in the design. The temperature inside the room was perfect and the breakfast was delicious (though it didn't have enough options, so that could be improved). There was one thing I didn't like: they called the phone in our room less than 10 minutes after the check-out time, and would have asked for an extra fee if we were late. Luckily, we heard it ringing from the hallway and could get to the front desk in time. I believe 30 extra minutes would be more elegant.

Stopped here for an overnight break on our return drive to the UK from Italy, the welcome was warm and the room immaculate and comfortable. The food served on site was excellent and very popular judging from the crowd in the restaurant. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and set us up for the continuing journey. Great parking and and a pleasant walk from the Hotel into Sendon to stretch our legs after a long drive, for a good selection of shops to buy provisions for our trip.
