I recently went to Round Table Tavern with my family and honestly the food was really disappointing. The poutine tasted like it was days old and didn’t taste right at all. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, but instead of an actual chicken breast sandwich, I got a sandwich with a chicken tender inside. The chicken was also way too overcooked and so hard that I could barely chew it. Everything my family ordered tasted off and didn’t even feel like real fresh food. We were expecting a good meal, but the quality was not worth the money. Overall, it was a really bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend eating there. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Bella, thank you for your feedback. We’re disappointed to hear this, as it doesn’t reflect the experience most guests have with our food. All of our food is prepared fresh to order, and we take pride in maintaining quality and consistency across our menu. Our crispy chicken sandwich is made using hand-breaded chicken breast, which is the style of sandwich we serve and what many of our regular guests enjoy. Our poutine and chicken dishes are also prepared fresh throughout service, so we’re surprised to hear they did not meet your expectations. If something didn’t seem right during your visit, we always encourage guests to bring it to our staff’s attention at the time so we have the opportunity to address it immediately. We appreciate the feedback and will continue working hard to provide the quality experience our guests know us for.
