I’ve ordered from Roxy Chicken several times, but unfortunately my overall experience has been consistently disappointing. There have been repeated issues with incorrect orders. Items we didn’t request were included, and on one occasion the lettuce in a salad was clearly not fresh. We also asked for no spice, yet the food still arrived spicy, suggesting that customer preferences were not being followed. Customer service has been another major concern. When we tried to raise these issues, staff were rude and dismissive. We asked to speak to a manager or owner on a few occasions, but different individuals came forward each time claiming to be the owner’s son, which did not feel professional or reassuring. Hygiene standards also seemed questionable. While waiting times have generally been acceptable, this does not make up for the repeated problems with food quality and service. The only consistently good item has been the peri-peri wings. I attempted to find a way to make a formal complaint by checking official company details online, but it appears that the listed officers have resigned, making it unclear who to contact. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless there are clear improvements in both service and quality. I have also advised family and friends to be cautious. Food: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: £10–20

Once again never ceases to amaze me how good their food and service actually is!. After 24 years except for my mums cooking it’s the best food in the world !!!!, freshly made and served with a warm heart and a big smile.
