This was a terrible and unacceptable experience. I ordered through the website that YOU have listed on your Google Maps profile and paid online. When I arrived to collect my order, your staff told me they have no access to that website and cannot see any orders from it. How is this the customer’s fault? If you don’t manage or recognize that website, why is it linked to your business page? This is extremely misleading and irresponsible. Now my money is stuck, I received no food, and no one is taking responsibility. This feels like a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I expect an immediate explanation and refund. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The food quality was very poor — it didn’t taste fresh and was not worth the price at all. What made it worse is that I ordered and paid through the website listed on your Google page, but when I arrived, your staff said they don’t use that website and couldn’t find my order. This is extremely misleading and irresponsible. Customers should not lose money or time because of incorrect information posted by the restaurant. Very unprofessional service and very disappointing overall. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Turned up early Friday evening (25/10) as the food had been recommended to me. Ordered takeaway and was given guidance on menu. We had some pakora while waiting and the service was so friendly and helpful. I just wanted to order everything! And, the food did not disappoint. My daughter and I will be ordering again. Very pleased.
