This place is horrible. Service was really bad. Lady kept getting the orders wrong. She made me pay £4.30 for a meal that costs £3.50, then she proceeded to get my order wrong and many other customers to. Food is alright chicken taste fully of tumeric and chips are really hard and taste raw. First and last time coming here again. Awful experience. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad taste and the food arrived missing key items including the salad that should have been included. When i asked them for salad staff told me that you ordered from picture and this is just a picture and they were laughing in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected . This was frustrating and not the level of service I expected . I give you rating zero out of 10. (0/10) Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I gave this place several chances simply because it’s close to me. When I don’t have time to cook, I just want to walk in and get something warm to eat. Unfortunately, it often feels like only friends and family are welcome there. People who clearly know the staff treat the place like their own living room. There is no proper queue, no organization — you don’t even know who’s supposed to be next. When a staff member finally comes to me, he looks at me as if I’ve done something wrong just by walking in to order food. On several occasions, I’ve walked in during the day and been told they’re closed — while at the same time they were serving other people. The door was open, customers were coming in and out, but somehow for me it was “closed.” That is completely unacceptable and frankly ridiculous. As for the food quality — I really tried to give this place multiple chances. Unfortunately, the meat, especially the drumsticks, is so greasy it’s practically inedible. It’s dripping with fat, and there’s no way to avoid stomach issues afterwards. The burgers are another disappointment. For the price they charge, I expected more than just a bun and a patty. No lettuce, no tomato — nothing. The sauces are watery and taste like spoiled cream. There were also times when my order was completely burned. Not slightly overcooked — burned. The burger patty was so hard I could have broken a tooth on it. One evening we went there after work, very hungry. I ordered a hamburger, and it was so burnt it was impossible to eat. The patty was rock hard. I used to work in a kebab shop, so falafel — a plant‑based patty — is not unfamiliar to me. I’ve worked in many places in gastronomy, which is exactly why the standards they maintain there are absolutely unacceptable to me. The place is dirty. You sit down at a table and it’s covered in crumbs. It’s honestly disgusting. I genuinely don’t understand how people can order food there. Maybe they’ve never had decent fast food before, because what is being sold there is something I wouldn’t even feed to a dog. At one point I asked for a veggie burger, but specifically requested that the falafel patty be fried separately in clean oil. Since they have falafel on the menu and I like it very much — and I used to prepare it that way myself when I worked in gastronomy — I know it’s possible. I simply asked if they could fry the patty on hot oil, the same way fries are prepared, and take it out once it’s ready. I just wanted to eat two pieces of it on their own. Not only did they charge me an absurd price, but they didn’t even clarify whether it would be small falafel balls or a large burger-sized patty. They just pushed two of these patties on me. When I got home — and I literally live one street away — I couldn’t even eat it. They sell fried food in styrofoam boxes, and by the time I got home the container had partially melted and stuck to the food. The patties were black. Completely burnt. They were so overcooked that I could have thrown one at someone’s forehead like a rock instead of trying to eat it. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
