Gorgeous small chain shop with great customer service. Lots of outdoor seating and is very dog friendly. Must visit for good coffee in Mold!

I’ve been to Ruben’s regularly for the past 5/6 years and it has always been the coziest and welcoming cafe in town. The staff are friendly and helpful and their coffee is always great Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

While I and my friends have been using Rubens Coffee shop for a long long time and found it to be the best coffee around and excellent service... Tried their new café now 3 times with friends and while the food is good quality the service leaves a lot to be desired … You order at the counter and food is delivered to your table... Fine.. No Napkin or Knife brought with Sandwiches eg Bacon … No Sugar or Sauces on the table you have to ask for them... There is a side table with 2 bowls on but no sugar in them each time we have been in.. Food is good but not cheap and you would expect better service than this … Rubens have a lot of competition in Mold and if they want to succeed they need to up their game .. Other cafes have sauces and sugars on the table and always serve food with a napkin and cutlery even if its only a sandwich... Come on Rubens train your staff and up your game... Your food is good quality but your service provided isn't … You have the Best Coffee and tea in town but need to improve your service…Your Coffee shop part is excellent
