I went here for the first time tonight and I have to say the chips have to be the best I've ever had. Curry sauce was also a great addition. Will be back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time visiting Ruddys chip shop. Place looks great very clean and wonderful friendly staff unfortunately left a one star rating as the chips and sausage was VERY greasy the cod was fine but not as good as other chip shops in the area. The curry sauce I still quite don’t understand different but not in a good way a lumpy curry sauce mixed with carrots and peas. It’s overpriced and feels like it’s trying to be a posh chippy shame there’s no such thing. As much as I love the look cleanliness and friendly staff here it’s the food you go for and I’m afraid ours was unsatisfiying as far as Flavor goes and definitely NOT what I would discribe as a traditional chippy dinner.
