It is the greatest spot near The Stones of Scotland. Have good tofu at this restaurant when you happen to be near it. The energetic staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The spectacular service is a big benefit of SAAN. Prices are found reasonable here. The quiet atmosphere is what this place is about. This spot scored 5 in the Google rating system.

Exceptional food, so different to other Chinese spots in town. Noodles and veggies are really fresh, starters are divine (best hash browns in town!, Korean lemon chicken also great), and staff are polite. Can't fault it. Highly recommend. Fabulous meal last night at Saan on Easter Road,Edinburgh. Newly opened,sitting appx 15-18 people,the restaurant was full and they were turning away people,which is not a bad thing at all. We usually go to Noodles and Dumplings in Chinatown, south clerk street,and I have to say,it's extremely difficult to beat a bowl of the home made noodles from there. Sharing a few dishes to start,wete very nice,each showing different flavours and spice levels,bery enjoyable. We both then had the the classic minced pork noodles,which was the only dish the fell slightly of the mark for me,enjoyable,but with a strange background taste i could not quite make out. A great addition to Easter road, nobody doing anything like it in the area,wishing them well good luck for the future. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
