absolutely lovely, popped in for lunch and we were served right away. the food was incredible, authentic Korean and Japanese cuisine, and cooked to order. it was delicious and we were served some complimentary Korean barley tea. My partner had the kimchi fried rice and I had the beef bulgogi and they were both amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back! thank you so much! I've been to Saero since it first opened about 18 months ago, and I've lost count how many times I've been there. Both the chef and the lady who serves are such lovely people. The food is great, the potions are decent and reasonably priced. Really happy to see how well they are doing now. Keep it up! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I randomly found this place while wandering around George Street. Literally a gem in Hove! This place turned out to be the best Korean food I’ve ever had in Brighton! The flavors were so spot-on with good portion that even my South Korean friend approved! Definitely a must-visit if you're craving Asian cuisine!
