Went to Sambo tonight while staying in Poole for a PWC course tomorrow. Found the place on google as it was only next door from where we were staying. OMG!!! Amazing place, such a great idea, there was not one thing that I didn’t enjoy and I do love my meat lol. It’s a bit difficult to imagine what to expect, so in brief. After you sit down and give your drink order, you go up to the salad/buffet bar and get what you want, word of warning, don’t get too many carbs or you’ll fill yourself up too quickly. As soon as you sit down, the guys start bringing round meat selections on skewers, if you want it have it, if you don’t fancy anything they just move on. Pretty much like that the whole time, if you turn your little card over to show red, they don’t come over, turn it back to green, they bring meats. Simple as that. The staff were amazing and so attentive and friendly. Will big this place up to anyone who’s willing to listen. Price per person: £40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our first time, and we really enjoyed the experience. Great food, great concept, the meats were amazing, and the buffet was outstanding. A really nice birthday venue, for something completely different. We'll be back! Price per person: £40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A place to go for a real treat. Went for lunch on Mothers Day - even though it was very busy the serving team had it under control and we recieved great service. Our first time having the lunch (usually we go for dinner) and the star of the show is definately the Picanha, fat rendered perfectly and well seasoned. Fries were given along with the buffet and all the meats. Its on the pricey side but understand with the building cost, meat, staffing, taxes and rates etc the government do not make it easy for businesses to turn a profit. Thanks so much to Sambo and your staff we will be back. Price per person: £100+ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
