I really wish we could’ve had a better experience but unfortunately Simona really missed the mark last night. After being assigned to our table, my partner and I sat for, in no exaggeration, 25 minutes without any wait staff introducing themselves, bringing water, or taking our order. We had to flag down the hostess, who then asked a waitress to check up on us. She brought a pitcher of water, mentioned she’d bring back some glasses, but then didn’t come back for another 5 minutes. It’s been 30 minutes at this point without water or our orders being taken. Another waiter finishes with the table beside us and finally introduces himself, bringing 2 cups. He then realizes one cup is dirty and goes back to get another. Between the wait, swatting flies, and lack of water, we decided to leave. To top it off, after letting the waiter about know our experience, he apologized and wished us a happy birthday - it was our 10-year anniversary. All-in-all, we recognize this was not on the wait staff but on management for either understaffing particular sections or mismanaging the operation. It’s a shame really, their food looked good but we never even got to place our order. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner

Don’t book any parties over 10 or you’ll be forced to order off a fixed $55-65 menus and then guarantee a minimum bar spend. The clincher is to then be charged a $70 “admin fee” for the privilege of spending your money there. Many in party sent food back for undercooked meals. Avg drink price >$15 for cocktails. Auto tip. Never again. Loss of regular business as work in area. Will spread word about bad taste in mouth for lack of appreciation for business. Oh how customer service has changed !! Hope they survive.
