I booked a table for my boyfriend birthday and friends. The night was a huge success!!! A big 'well done and thank you' to Mustafa, one of the waiters and the rest of the staff. Mustafa did everything for our night to be an amazing one.

I had previously given this place 4 stars as they were so helpful with my party. I had taken a star off due to their lack of communication. However I’m now giving them 1 star 0 if possible. It’s been almost 2 months since my event and they have yet to return my deposit. I call each week and I’m told we’ll get back to you. Not acceptable! I’m not asking for a refund, I’m asking for money that is mine. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone looking to have an event here. Here’s why 1. good luck communicating with them and 2. you’ll never get your deposit back 3. it’s not worth all the time and energy for what you get. No professionalism here at all! So disappointed and upset with how this company manages itself. I will continue to demand for my deposit, but I assure you neither my friends nor I will ever be back here again.

"Missing from the Cloakroom" SOUK CUSTOMERS BEWARE My son Harry paid for his cloakroom ticket, handed over his £900 Parka in good faith and when he presented his ticket to retrieve it was told it had just "disappeared" ! SOUK think it's simply an inconvenience. Apparently they've sacked the cloakroom attendant for gross mis-conduct but that doesn't help Harry does it!!!!
