Stay away from the baked potatoes! Got it and it was cold with no butter skimpy topping and hard with no flavour. Stick to subways! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Two of the members of staff, a teenage girl and a teenage boy. Working on Thursday 13 November were incredibly rude to me. I have a nervous condition which makes talking to strangers intimidating and difficult. The taller long haired girl could not hide what she thought was funny and pointed out to the guy my difficulty placing the order. They both laughed and sniggered with each other and went into a side room and couldn't help themselves for laughing. From ordering my food to leaving the shop,the two of them kept sniggering and laughing at me. The girl was the person leading the guy to laugh at me. She has long reddish hair. The guy has shoulder length dark hair. There was a third young girl behind the counter, but she didn't get involved and actually looked quite uncomfortable with her colleagues behaviour. As I now work in George Street bathgate, I would have been a regular eating from this restaurant. Because of the behaviour of the two members of staff, I will never enter this shop again. I was humiliated and embarrassed. There would be no difference in the way I was treated to someone with a visible disability. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
