The birria taco was absolutely amazing. Its the kind of birria that has you thinking about the next bite while you're still chewing the first . Juicy, melt in your mouth beef, perfectly balanced seasoning, and a cheese pull that deserves its own spotlight. This one is a must order. We loved it so much we ordered a second round. Don't skip out on the carne asada taco too it hits. Especially if you dip the taco into the consome. Absolutely chefs kiss!

Sabrosito has won our hearts and stomachs! We decided to try this new place because my partner and I love birria and we were nearby. We usually have our go-to places for birria, but we're so glad we gave Sabrosito a chance this time! We tried the quesabirria pizza and were amazed by its delicious flavor! They were also generous with the birria broth (very important!), and the lady who served us was very friendly. Excellent service from start to finish, even though we were outside with our dog. They even let us move the tables outside into the shade. If you like Mexican food, this is definitely a place you should try! The food has an authentic, homey flavor—it's wonderful! You can also find bottled Coca-Cola! (Some of us know there's a real difference in taste between a canned and a glass bottle of Coca-Cola.) Being able to pair our quesabirria pizza with a glass bottle of Coca-Cola made the experience even better. We will definitely return to Sabrosito to try more of their menu Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

If you want to feel like you’ve been transported straight to Mexico, you have to check out Sabrosito. This spot serves up some of the most genuine comfort food I’ve had in a long time. The taco trio was outstanding. They are served the traditional way on doubled-up corn tortillas that are perfectly warm and pliable. I went with the Carnitas and Pollo, and the meat was incredibly tender with just the right amount of seasoning. Topped with the classic "con todo" duo of fresh white onion and cilantro, each bite was bright and savory. That orange house sauce on the side is no joke, it has a smoky, slow-burning heat that authentic salsa lovers will absolutely crave. We also shared a mountain of nachos, and they were a total crowd-pleaser. The base is made of thick, sturdy corn chips that handle the massive pile of toppings without getting soggy. They are layered with plenty of beans, melted cheese, fresh pico de gallo, and pickled jalapeños. The heavy drizzle of cool crema on top ties it all together. It’s a huge portion that’s perfect for sharing. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is exceptionally friendly. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick lunch or a casual dinner, the quality of the ingredients and the home-style cooking really shine through. It’s easily one of the best spots for Mexican food in the area and I’m already planning my next trip back to try their Quesabirria!
