I was in this Safeway last Friday and asked a a lady that works in deli short Indian lady she had no name tag so I could even make a complain cause she didn’t have a name tag I asked her politely to get a sandwich made and she told me she dosent make them cause it’s not her job and turned toward another Indian lady said something in Punjabi and started laughing with her Safeway should not have people like this working for them this is disgustingly discrace full of what safe way has hired and it’s not the first time this short Indian girl has done something like this a lot of my friends have complained about her but no one did anything the only women there that actually helped me out a lot was the deli manager every tray she made for my company was so perfect and delicious she should get rid of these lady’s that dont respect customers I wish I knew the name of this short Indian women working there cause I would of loved to go straight to the manager and complain about her attitude and harrasing laugh toward me

Very bad service by lady with glasses named Lovepreet in Deli section . I saw her mocking a customer in front of me because he didn’t know the name of a certain food item which he wanted to order. Then i saw her speaking in her native language to her coworker and laughing and mocking . She is a rude and insensitive lady. Hope someone teaches her a lesson. People need to check their attitudes , manners and etiquettes before working in customer service environments.
